I received the Kraft Foods sampler pack that I signed up for.  It had the following in it:

3 snack bags of Sundried tomato & basil Wheat Thins
3 single serve Vanilla Caramel Latte Maxwell House International Cafe
1 coupon for free full size Kraft BBQ
1 coupon for free full size pack of hot dogs

I do enjoy getting free stuff in my mail box.  It makes up for the water and power bill that came with it!  :-)
